CAN-SPAM (US) allows commercial email with honest headers and an opt-out. CASL (Canada) needs consent first. The EU’s rules, GDPR and ePrivacy, need a lawful basis and often consent for marketing to individuals, and business-to-business rules vary by country. CCPA (California) adds data rights. Check the rules for where your recipients are. This is not legal advice.
