Credits added by signup (100), by a purchased pack or by a redemption code remain available until spent.
How they are spent
Each billed result costs 1 credit. Unknown results are not billed.
Where to look
The credits page in the dashboard shows your balance and history.

This page describes credit validity only. It does not cover refunds, which are handled under the terms of service.
