Subject: Application: Customer Support Lead (ref CS-204)

Dear Ms Okafor,

I am applying for the Customer Support Lead role advertised on your careers page.

I have led a team of eight support agents for three years and brought average first response time under two hours. I have also written the macros and onboarding guide our new agents use.

My CV is attached. I would be glad to talk.

Kind regards,
Jordan Lee

Good to know

Follow the instructions in the job post first: if it asks for a form or a specific subject, do that.
