How to email a hiring manager
Write to a named person, say in the subject which role you mean, make one concrete point about why you fit, and ask for one small next step.

1. Find the right person
Use the job post and the company site. If you guess an address from the company pattern, verify it first, since a bounce tells you nothing.
2. Subject
Name the role and one fact, for example “Data analyst role: three years in retail forecasting”.
3. Body
Three short paragraphs: why this role, one achievement that matches it, and a simple ask such as a short call. Attach your CV if asked.
4. Follow up
Once, after about a week, in the same thread, adding something new.
Example
Subject: Data analyst role: three years in retail forecasting Hi Priya, I saw the data analyst opening and I think my work on weekly demand forecasts for a 40-store retailer fits it. I cut forecast error by building a model that handles promotions separately. My CV is attached. Would a 15-minute call next week suit you? Thanks, Sam Rivera
Good to know
A respectful, short message is enough. Do not mass-mail a list of managers: tailor each message.
