Workflow
From map listings to a verified cold email list
Turn a search like "dentist in Springfield" into a list you can send to: collect within the rules, normalise, deduplicate, verify and segment.
Example
A sample file (fictional data)
| step | what you do | output |
|---|---|---|
| 1 collect | listings and linked sites, within their terms | raw rows |
| 2 normalise | one email column, lowercase, drop empties | clean table |
| 3 dedupe | one row per address | unique list |
| 4 verify | upload and download with original columns | result per row |
| 5 segment | valid / role / catchall by category and city | send lists |
Fictional workflow table.
Segment by category and city
Keep category and city columns through verification. Comparing valid share by segment shows where your collection method works and where it yields mostly role and free-mail.
Before you collect
Map listings and the sites they link to have their own terms, and some restrict automated collection. Check them and the privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to your sending. ValidReach verifies addresses you already have; it does not scrape or supply listings.
