Email Deduplicator

Remove duplicate email addresses from a list or any text, with merge rules you turn on yourself.

All three are off by default because they can merge addresses that belong to different people. Runs in your browser.

How it works

What it does

Addresses are found with the same extractor as our Email Extractor. By default two addresses match only if the part before @ is identical (including capital letters) and the domain matches. You can opt in to ignoring case, +tags and dots in Gmail addresses; merged groups are listed so you can review them.

Limits

What it cannot tell you

  • Ignoring case, +tags or Gmail dots can merge addresses that belong to different people. Other providers may treat dots and tags differently, so dots are only folded for gmail.com and googlemail.com.
  • Up to 2,000,000 characters and 10,000 unique addresses per run; larger results are marked partial.
  • It does not check that addresses work.
  • Runs in your browser; nothing you enter is sent anywhere.
