Verify Tally form submissions before logging to Sheets and SendGrid

   Parse the respondent email and form fields from Tally.

2. 2. Verify email with ValidReach (http)

   POST the respondent email to /api/v1/verify/single.

3. 3. Append row to Google Sheets with status (action)

   Record the submission, data.status, and data.reason in Google Sheets.

4. 4. Check if deliverable (branch)

   Branch on data.is_deliverable.

5. 5. Send resource link via SendGrid (action)

   Email the requested guide or confirmation via SendGrid.

6. 6. Skip SendGrid send (action)

   Keep the sheet log for audit but do not send an email.

Logging every Tally submission to Google Sheets before branching ensures no form response is lost even when outbound email is suppressed.
