Verify HubSpot sales leads before Microsoft Outlook outreach

Check newly sourced B2B leads in HubSpot with ValidReach before enrolling them into an Outlook sales sequence.

Starts when: New prospect added to a HubSpot outbound target list.

Steps

  1. 1. New HubSpot prospect (trigger)

Read contact email and domain from HubSpot.

  3. 3. Check status (branch)

    Evaluate data.status and data.reason.

  4. 4. Update HubSpot property and queue Outlook email (action)

Set validreach_status=valid on the HubSpot contact and send the initial Outlook message.

Before you run it

Corporate Microsoft 365 mailboxes enforce strict outbound bounce limits; verifying B2B contacts before sequence enrollment protects rep mailboxes from outbound throttling.
