Verify Facebook Lead Ads submissions before instant Gmail reply

Validate incoming Facebook Lead Ads emails in real time with ValidReach before sending an automated welcome or quote response from Gmail.

Starts when: New lead submitted through a Facebook Lead Ad form.

Steps

  1. 1. Receive Facebook Lead Ad payload (trigger)

Extract email and lead metadata from the webhook payload.

  2. 2. Verify email with ValidReach (http)

POST the submitted email to /api/v1/verify/single.

  3. 3. Branch on verification result (branch)

    Check whether data.status is valid.

  4. 4. Send welcome reply and log CRM lead (action)

Send the confirmation email and mark the lead verified.

  5. 5. Flag mistyped email for phone/SMS follow-up (action)

Save the lead without sending email so sales can follow up via phone if provided.

Before you run it

Social ad forms frequently contain mobile autofill typos or throwaway addresses. Keep the lead record in your database even when the email fails, so you do not lose paid ad attribution.

Verification status. Schema: checked in unit tests. Import: not tested on any platform. Sandbox run: not run. The download is this ValidReach definition, not an importable file for an automation platform.
