Verify enriched leads before pushing campaigns to Instantly

Gate enriched lead lists through ValidReach before enrolling contacts into an Instantly outbound sequence so invalid and disposable addresses never hurt campaign sender reputation.

Starts when: New enriched lead batch arrives via webhook or spreadsheet sync.

Steps

  1. 1. Receive enriched lead (trigger)

    Accept the prospect record (email, first_name, company, note).

  2. 2. Verify address (http)

    POST the email address to /api/v1/verify/single.

  3. 3. Filter by verification status (branch)

    Route valid addresses forward; hold or drop all others.

  4. 4. Add lead to Instantly campaign (action)

    POST the verified prospect to your Instantly campaign lead endpoint.

  5. 5. Route catch-all to secondary review list (action)

    Store catch-all and unknown leads in a separate review table.

  6. 6. Discard undeliverable lead (action)

    Log the rejection reason and exclude from outbound sequences.

  • Filter by verification status → Add lead to Instantly campaign (valid)
  • Filter by verification status → Route catch-all to secondary review list (catchall, unknown)
  • Filter by verification status → Discard undeliverable lead (invalid, disposable, role)

Credentials you provide

  • ValidReach API key YOUR_API_KEY: Create it under Settings → API keys and store it in your automation tool’s secret storage.
  • Instantly API key YOUR_INSTANTLY_API_KEY: Store your Instantly API credential in your workflow secret manager.

Verify before generating personalised copy or enrolling leads so you do not spend enrichment or sending quota on non-existent mailboxes.
