Verify prospect rows in Google Sheets before cold outreach via Gmail

Pull unverified prospect rows from a Google Sheet, verify each email address with ValidReach, write the verification status back to the sheet, and queue outreach only for valid mailboxes.

Starts when: Scheduled batch run or new prospect row appended to a Google Sheet.

Steps

  1. 1. Read prospect row (trigger)

Read rows where verification_status is empty from Google Sheets.

  2. 2. Verify email with ValidReach (http)

POST the prospect email to /api/v1/verify/single.

  3. 3. Evaluate deliverability (branch)

    Branch on data.status and data.is_deliverable.

  4. 4. Update sheet and create outreach draft (action)

Write valid status back to the sheet and create a reviewed Gmail outreach draft.

  5. 5. Flag risky or catch-all row (action)

Write catchall/role/unknown status to the sheet for manual review before sending.

  6. 6. Suppress invalid or disposable row (action)

Mark the row as suppressed in the sheet so no message is sent.

Before you run it

Throttle outbound sends to match your domain warmup limits, and keep catch-all rows separate from confirmed valid mailboxes.
