Workflow · version 1.0

Verify a Google Sheet, then send to the clean rows

Read addresses from a sheet, verify each with ValidReach, write the result back, and prepare a Gmail draft only for rows that pass.

Starts when: A new row is added to a Google Sheet, or you run the flow on demand.

Steps

  1. 1. Read row (trigger)

Read the email address from the sheet row.

  2. 2. Verify address (http)

    POST the address to /api/v1/verify/single.

  3. 3. Check status (branch)

    Branch on data.status.

  4. 4. Mark clean and draft email (action)

Write status to the sheet and create a Gmail draft for you to review.

  5. 5. Mark rejected (action)

Write status to the sheet; do not send.

  6. 6. Queue retry (action)

Mark the row for a later retry; unknown is not billed.

Connections

  • Read row → Verify address
  • Verify address → Check status
  • Check status → Mark clean and draft email (valid)
  • Check status → Mark rejected (invalid, disposable)
  • Check status → Queue retry (unknown)

Before you run it

Create drafts, not sent messages, while you test, and use addresses you own. Do not test by mailing real recipients. Decide your own policy for catchall, risky and role results.

Verification status. Schema: checked in unit tests. Import: not tested on any platform. Sandbox run: not run. The download is this ValidReach definition, not an importable file for an automation platform.
