Verify emails collected with a Google Maps leads scraper
a Google Maps leads scraper is a tool that collects business leads from maps. Bulk collection yields thousands of rows quickly. Sample first, then decide whether the full list is worth verifying.
A sample file (fictional data)
| business | category | city | website | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Harbor Dental | dentist | Springfield | harbordental.example.test | info@harbordental.example.test |
| Oak Street Plumbing | plumber | Springfield | oakplumb.example.test | oakplumb@mail.example.test |
| Lumen Cafe | cafe | Shelbyville | lumencafe.example.test |
Fictional rows. Local businesses often list a shared inbox or a free-mail address, and some rows have no email at all: drop those before verifying.
Expect role and free-mail
Small businesses usually publish one shared inbox (info@, contact@) or a free-mail address. After verification, a large share of role results is normal. The free provider checker separates free-mail from company addresses.
Verify and decide
Upload the file with the website and category columns, download results with the original columns, send to valid, review role, test catchall in a small batch, retry unknown and remove invalid and disposable.
Before you collect
Map listings and the sites they link to have their own terms, and some restrict automated collection. Check them and the privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to your sending. ValidReach verifies addresses you already have; it does not scrape or supply listings.
