Valid email
An address that is correctly formed and that the receiving server will accept mail for.

In practice
Valid has two parts: the format is right, and the mailbox exists. It does not mean the person reads the mail, wants it or will not mark it as spam.
Verification and sending
Valid is the status ValidReach gives when the address passes every check. Send to valid addresses first and treat the other statuses by their own rules.
