Sendinblue

The former name of Brevo, an email marketing and CRM platform; the company rebranded on 4 May 2023.

In practice

Sendinblue started as a newsletter tool in 2012 and renamed itself Brevo in May 2023 to reflect a broader CRM suite across email, SMS, WhatsApp and chat. Older guides, integrations and invoices may still use the Sendinblue name.

When you evaluate or connect the product today, use Brevo’s current documentation and terms; the old brand name does not describe a separate service.

Verification and sending

Verification is independent of the sending platform: check addresses before you import them into Brevo/Sendinblue and remove invalid or disposable ones. Integration guides should be checked against the current Brevo API.
