Feedback loop (FBL)

You sign up with the provider and give it an address for the reports. Each report names the recipient, so you can suppress them straight away. Not every provider offers one, and the report format is standardised as ARF.

Valid mailboxes are the ones that complain, so verification does not reduce feedback-loop reports. Acting on each one does.
