Email templates

Build a small set of modular templates, such as a newsletter and a plain announcement, rather than many one-offs. Version them, and test each in the main clients when you change them. Unlike a canned reply, a template is a designed layout, usually for sending to many people.

Templates use merge fields from your list data. Missing or wrong fields show up in every send.
