In practice
Prefixes such as info, sales and support are role accounts shared by a team. Named prefixes such as ana or ana.silva point to a person.
Example
In info@northwind.example.test the prefix is “info”, a role account.
Verification and sending
ValidReach flags role prefixes so you can decide whether a shared inbox is the right target.
