Catch-all
A mail domain set up to accept messages for any address at that domain, whether or not a mailbox exists.

In practice
A verifier cannot confirm that a person exists on such a domain, because the server says yes to everything. It can only report the address as catch-all.
Treat those addresses as unconfirmed: send a small test batch first and suppress the domain if it later bounces.
Example
Both ana@northwind.example.test and zzz@northwind.example.test are accepted by a catch-all domain.
Verification and sending
ValidReach returns catchall as its own result. See the catch-all verifier for how it is detected.
