Email Extractor
Paste text or upload a .txt or .csv file and get a de-duplicated list of email addresses. No account needed.
Extraction runs in your browser. Your text is not uploaded.
How it works
What the extractor finds
It scans your text for anything shaped like an address, rejects malformed ones (for example double dots or a domain starting with a hyphen), converts internationalized domains to their ASCII form, and lists each unique address once with how often it appeared. Export the selected rows as TXT, CSV, or copy them.
Limits
What it does not do
- One UTF-8 .txt or .csv file up to 5 MiB, or pasted text up to 2,000,000 characters.
- Up to 10,000 unique addresses per run; if more are found the result is marked partial.
- Not supported: PDF, Word or Excel files, web page crawling, quoted local parts, and address literals.
- Addresses hidden in images or written as "name at domain" are not detected.
Next step
Extracted is not verified
Extraction does not prove an address can receive mail. Check single addresses with the email verifier, or upload the TXT file to a list job from list cleaning. To extract from web pages as you browse, see the Chrome extension.
