A workflow for finding and verifying agency emails
Turn a pile of agency listings into a list you can send to: build the table, find candidate addresses, verify, and segment by result.
A sample file (fictional data)
| company | website | candidate_email | how_found |
|---|---|---|---|
| Northwind Studio | northwind.example.test | ana@northwind.example.test | contact page |
| Brightside Digital | brightside.example.test | info@brightside.example.test | footer |
| Quill & Co | quill.example.test | raj.patel@quill.example.test | guessed pattern |
Record how each address was found. Guessed patterns deserve the closest look at catchall and unknown results.
1. Build the table
One row per agency with company, website and a place for the candidate address. Add how_found so you can see later which method produced bounces.
2. Find candidate addresses
Use the agency’s own contact page or footer first. For named people, patterns like first.last@domain are guesses: treat them as unconfirmed until verified.
3. Verify and segment
Upload the table and download results with the original columns. Segment: valid → send; role → send to a sales alias only if that suits your message; catchall → small first batch; unknown → retry later; invalid and disposable → remove.
Before you collect
Check the source site’s terms for what you may collect and how you may use it, and follow the privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to your sending. ValidReach verifies addresses you already have; it does not supply contacts from any source.
