What a verified agency email list really means
A list is verified at a moment in time. It tells you which addresses accepted mail then, not that they will tomorrow or that messages will reach an inbox.
What verification covers
Syntax, whether the domain can receive mail, signals from the mailbox check, and flags for disposable, role and catch-all addresses. Each result is a snapshot with the date you ran it.
What it does not cover
It cannot promise inbox placement, that the person still works there, or that they want your message. Agencies change staff and domains often.
When to re-verify
Re-verify before each large send to an older segment. Keep verified_on in your file and re-check the oldest rows first. Avoid marketing a list as “100% verified”: no such claim is supportable.
