Workflow
Verifying emails taken from local business websites
Many local lists get their addresses from the business’s own site. Those are mailboxes the business chose to publish, but they still go stale.
What you get
Contact-page and footer addresses are real at the time they were published. Staff addresses on old pages are often gone. Record the page each address came from.
Verify before sending
Upload with a how_found column, download results with the original columns, and compare invalid share between footer, contact-page and guessed addresses.
Before you collect
Directories and the sites they link to have their own terms, and some restrict automated collection. Check them and the privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to your sending. ValidReach verifies addresses you already have; it does not scrape or supply listings.
