What to do with info@ and other shared inboxes
Local lists are full of info@ addresses. They are valid mailboxes, but not a person: decide how to use them.
Decide per message
A shared inbox suits an offer for the business. It suits a personal pitch badly. Verification marks them role so you can route them to the right message.
Do not drop them blindly
In some local segments the shared inbox is the only address. Keep role in a separate list and test it in a small batch.
