Workflow
Verifying real estate agent emails from map listings
Agents and agencies publish both personal and office addresses, so the list mixes named people and role inboxes.
Example
A sample file (fictional data)
| business | category | city | website | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| North Realty | Realty | Springfield | north.example.test | reception@north.example.test |
| Eastside Realty | Realty | Springfield | eastside.example.test | eastside@mail.example.test |
| Bay Realty | Realty | Shelbyville | bay.example.test | dr.lee@bay.example.test |
Fictional rows.
What the list looks like
Agents often use a personal domain or free-mail alongside an office inbox, so the free provider flag and role result help you separate them.
Mind the rules
Real estate marketing can carry licensing or advertising rules in some places. Check the ones that apply to you.
Before you collect
Map listings and the sites they link to have their own terms, and some restrict automated collection. Check them and the privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to your sending. ValidReach verifies addresses you already have; it does not scrape or supply listings.
