Email sent from an address on your own domain with a consistent name, rather than from a free-mail account.

In practice
sales@yourcompany.example.test reads as your company; yourcompany@free-mail.example.test does not. A branded sender also lets you set up authentication for the domain, which is why providers treat it as more trustworthy.
