ValidReach agent skill
An agent skill is a folder with a SKILL.md file that an agent can load when a task matches. The ValidReach skill teaches an agent to check addresses with curl, read the status correctly and avoid wasting credits.
Get the file
The skill is one file, published at https://validreach.dev/skills/validreach-verify/SKILL.md. Save it as SKILL.md inside a folder named validreach-verify in your agent’s skills directory. Where that directory is, and whether your tool supports skills, depends on the tool; check its documentation.
What it tells the agent
Call POST /api/v1/verify/single with the key from VALIDREACH_API_KEY, read data.status, treat unknown as no conclusion rather than invalid, never paste the key into output, and check one address at a time.
Cautions
Skills are instructions, not enforcement. The agent can still make many calls, and each definite result spends a credit. Set the key as an environment variable before starting the agent and limit how many addresses a task may check.
