Company Email Search (Pattern & Role Generator)
Enter a company domain and optional team member names to generate standard department role addresses and corporate naming-pattern candidates ready for verification.
How it works
What it does
We normalise the company domain, generate twelve standard functional role addresses (such as sales@, support@, billing@, security@ and press@), and—if you enter team member names—combine each name with twelve corporate naming conventions (first.last, flast, first_last and more). You can download the full candidate list as a TXT file to verify.
Limits
What it cannot tell you
- This tool generates pattern-based candidates from a domain and optional names. It does not query a B2B contact database and cannot confirm who works at a company.
- Catch-all domains accept mail for any local part at the SMTP gate, so pattern candidates on a catch-all domain will return catchall status.
- Always verify candidate addresses before sending and comply with applicable outreach and privacy regulations.
- Runs in your browser; nothing you enter is stored or shared.

Common questions
No. ValidReach does not scrape or resell employee directories. This tool generates standard department role addresses and naming-pattern permutations for a domain so you can verify them through the verification pipeline.
Functional inboxes such as sales@, support@, security@ and billing@ follow consistent conventions across organizations. Keep in mind that role accounts are shared by teams and are flagged as role during verification.
Download the TXT candidate list and run it through a ValidReach list verification job, or check individual candidates in the Email Verifier.
