Verify emails before importing to GMass
GMass is a tool for sending mass email from a Gmail account. Mass sends from a personal mailbox put your main address at risk, so verify before the merge, not after the first bounces.
Example
A sample file (fictional data)
| first_name | company | result | import | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ana@northwind.example.test | Ana | Northwind Studio | valid | yes |
| info@brightside.example.test | Brightside Digital | role | review | |
| raj@quill.example.test | Raj | Quill & Co | catchall | test batch |
| bob@gone.example.test | Bob | Gone Ltd | invalid | no |
Fictional rows. The import column is your decision per result; add it after you download results.
Import only what you decided to send
Sequences send from your own mailboxes, so every bounce counts against your domain. Import valid addresses; hold role for a deliberate choice; put catchall into a small test sequence; retry unknown later; never import invalid or disposable.
Keep the file you imported
Download results with the original columns, filter on result, and import that file. Keep the verification date so you know when to re-check before a follow-up campaign.
