Deliverability tools and list verification: how they fit
Tools that monitor and warm up sending mailboxes work on the sender side. Verification works on the recipient list. A clean list does not fix a poor sender setup, and the reverse.
Two halves
Sender side: domain authentication, mailbox health and sending volume. List side: only send to addresses that accept mail. Both feed your bounce and complaint rates.
Order of work
Fix authentication first, verify the list, then send in stages. If results are poor, check which half moved: bounces point to the list, spam placement to the sender.
