Verify emails from Lead411
Lead411 is a B2B contact database. Databases refresh on their own schedule, so exports bought a while ago drift. Re-verify before reusing an old export.
A sample file (fictional data)
| name | company | db_status | source | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ana Silva | Northwind Studio | ana@northwind.example.test | high | lead411 |
| Raj Patel | Quill & Co | raj@quill.example.test | medium | lead411 |
| Mei Chen | Lumen Goods | mei@lumen.example.test | unknown | lead411 |
Fictional rows. Re-run old exports before each campaign instead of trusting the saved status.
Compare, do not replace
Keep Lead411’s own status in the db_status column. After verification, download results with the original columns and compare the two row by row.
Send to valid. Review role and catchall separately. Retry unknown later because it is not billed. Remove invalid and disposable.
Where they disagree
When the tool is confident and the result is invalid, trust the newer check. When the tool is unsure and the result is valid, you have recovered a contact. We make no claim about any tool’s accuracy; measure it on your own export.
Before you collect
Check the source site’s terms for what you may collect and how you may use it, and follow the privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to your sending. ValidReach verifies addresses you already have; it does not supply contacts from any source.
