Verify emails from Findymail
Findymail is an email finder for named people at companies. Addresses found for named people are tied to a person, so a role result is rare and an invalid result usually means the person moved on.
A sample file (fictional data)
| name | company | finder_status | source | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ana Silva | Northwind Studio | ana@northwind.example.test | high | findymail |
| Raj Patel | Quill & Co | raj@quill.example.test | medium | findymail |
| Mei Chen | Lumen Goods | mei@lumen.example.test | unknown | findymail |
Fictional rows. Re-verify the oldest rows first; people change jobs.
Compare, do not replace
Keep Findymail’s own status in the finder_status column. After verification, download results with the original columns and compare the two row by row.
Send to valid. Review role and catchall separately. Retry unknown later because it is not billed. Remove invalid and disposable.
Where they disagree
When the tool is confident and the result is invalid, trust the newer check. When the tool is unsure and the result is valid, you have recovered a contact. We make no claim about any tool’s accuracy; measure it on your own export.
Before you collect
Check the source site’s terms for what you may collect and how you may use it, and follow the privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to your sending. ValidReach verifies addresses you already have; it does not supply contacts from any source.
