An email finder workflow with verification
Start with names and company domains, derive candidate addresses, verify them, and learn which pattern each domain really uses.

Generating two patterns for one person and verifying both shows which one the domain uses.
Generate candidates
For each person create one row per likely pattern (first.last, flast, first). Keep the pattern in a column.
Verify and pick
Verify all rows. Where one pattern is valid for a domain, reuse it for others at that company. If the domain is catch-all, no pattern can be confirmed: send a small test instead.
