Verify emails exported from Apollo

Apollo is a B2B contact database and sales engagement platform. Whatever email status it shows reflects its own check at an earlier time. Verify the export yourself before sending.

Example

A sample file (fictional data)

namecompanyemailtool_statussource
Ana SilvaNorthwind Studioana@northwind.example.testverifiedapollo
Raj PatelQuill & Coraj@quill.example.testlikelyapollo
Mei ChenLumen Goodsmei@lumen.example.testunknownapollo

Fictional rows. Keep the tool’s own status in tool_status; it travels with the row into the results export.

Keep the tool’s status next to ours

Leave the tool’s own status column in the file. After verification, download results with the original columns and compare the two statuses row by row.

When they disagree

Where the tool says verified but the result is invalid, trust the newer result and remove the row. Where the tool says unknown and the result is valid, you have recovered a contact. We make no claim about any tool’s accuracy; measure it on your own export.

Before you collect

Check the source site’s terms for what you may collect and how you may use it, and follow the privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to your sending. ValidReach verifies addresses you already have; it does not supply contacts from any source.
