Verify business emails collected from Trustpilot
Trustpilot is a review platform. Use it to find companies, not reviewers: verify business contact addresses you collect from company profiles and leave reviewers’ personal data out of the list.
A sample file (fictional data)
| company | website | source | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Harbor Outfitters | harbor.example.test | contact@harbor.example.test | trustpilot |
| Lumen Goods | lumen.example.test | orders@lumen.example.test | trustpilot |
| Trailhead Tea | trailhead.example.test | owner@trailhead.example.test | trustpilot |
Fictional business rows only. Do not add reviewer names or emails.
Companies, not reviewers
A company profile points to a business and its website. Reviewers are private individuals whose data you have no business basis to put in an outreach list.
After verification
Retail and small-business domains are often hosted on shared or catch-all mail setups, so treat catchall as unconfirmed. Orders@ and similar shipping inboxes are role addresses; choose them only when your message belongs there.
Before you collect
Check the source site’s terms for what you may collect and how you may use it, and follow the privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to your sending. ValidReach verifies addresses you already have; it does not supply contacts from any source.
