Verify emails collected from G2
G2 is a software review site. If you build lists of vendors from it, verify the addresses and track results per source so you can see where your data goes stale.
A sample file (fictional data)
| product | vendor_domain | source | collected_on | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| TaskLoop | taskloop.example.test | hello@taskloop.example.test | g2 | 2026-10-01 |
| Inbox Pilot | inboxpilot.example.test | maya@inboxpilot.example.test | g2 | 2026-10-01 |
| Metric Nest | metricnest.example.test | press@metricnest.example.test | g2 | 2026-10-02 |
A collected_on column lets you re-verify lists by age instead of all at once.
Why add collected_on
Vendor contacts change as companies grow or shut down. Keeping the collection date lets you re-verify the oldest rows first.
Reading the results
Send to valid; review role (press@, hello@) before using them; keep catchall for a small test; retry unknown. Compare the invalid rate by source to decide where to collect next.
Before you collect
Check the source site’s terms for what you may collect and how you may use it, and follow the privacy and anti-spam rules that apply to your sending. ValidReach verifies addresses you already have; it does not supply contacts from any source.
